I am launching my own 28 to Great Clean Eating Program.
I am not going to lie….cleaning eating is about the hardest thing I can do! Ask me to do…oh about anything on your list, or go to the end of the earth or you name it and I can do it….but to eat well continually has been a life time battle.
I blame my circumstances, my genetics, my height, traveling….you get the picture.
And them throw a little procrastination into the mix and well….there you have it….a mess.
My best effort came two summers ago when I was in Asia for 23 days. I simply didn’t allow myself to put one piece of garbage in my mouth, including flour and sugar items…just real food.
I came home about 7 pounds skinnier which led to 20 by the end of the summer. I hadn’t calculated a calorie and working out was something easy like walking and moving more.
2 summers later- I am right back at where I didn’t want to be and what happened? Went right back to the same eating patterns and how do I feel terrible.
Here are the guidelines that I have set to launch my little journey!
It is about real food…real workout.
Join me! I am going to document my struggles and believe me they will be real.
I always feel that writing it and posting it already makes me more accountable.
