We are back from the Dominican and what an experience it was.
I have nearly let my blog die and I am not quite sure why after all of these years. I just have a lot on my plate that I can hardly find time to write.
This post will be all over the place!
I miss this face!
This photo was taken by my friend Jennifer Day and was the face of the 84 year old women that we built the house for in the Dominican.
What a sweet, humble lady. She is one of God’s choicest!
I miss being with the people, the team, the sunshine. We are putting three Dominican trips together for 2014-2015. The work is great down there and you don’t have to suffer while doing it as we stay in a great resort. Stay posted as it rolls out.
Everyone is trying their hardest to get back to normal.
Bills to be paid, laundry to be done, house to be cleaned and getting back on some type of eating schedule. Yikes it is painful.
We have selected out next home build in the Dominican! Wow it is a dump!
Can you imagine raising children in this environment!
Here is an update of other pending issues!
We are still waiting on Hillary’s mission call. It has been assigned. It should be there in two weeks to her residence in London. Bad news she is in Scotland that whole week on a field trip. So the agonizing wait of where and when she is leaving will even be longer.
At this point…..we will just be happy whenever it comes.
This is so fun…she ran smack dab into her cousin right near Big Ben. What are the chances of that? They hung out and had tea and crumpets! So British!
I thought it was so great that they connected!
