Random Notes and Kind of Depressing today Sorry!
Now I remember why I didn’t like going to BYU actually I loved going to BYU but I hated so much dealing with the red tape there.
I have had one problem after another dealing with Hillary scholarships there and her registration I’ve been on the phone every single day this week now the fun begins. The problem is there… if you drop below 12 hours then you run into financial problems with your scholarships well, she had to drop a class and right after we got news that the scholarship issues were resolved that class dropped her below 11.5 hours and now everything is on hold and we can’t add classes so I will be on the phone another two hours today. The system didn’t even give us a chance to add the classes she needed before putting her on hold. We should have added everything and then dropped. This is all due to the fact that she is going on study abroad next semester and had to add that class. Lesson learned…don’t ever drop first, always add then drop. Computer glitch!
These are first world problems. I would rather paint a school in Nicaragua then deal with this.
Sure I know that it will work out but I just don’t want to spend two hours doing it today.
It really is probably the most painful experience you’ll ever have dealing with their financial department and then you are always talking with the student and so you can’t hardly get anything done it’s red tape after redtape after red tape.
I can’t wait to go out and walk today and get out of this red tape mess that I have been dealing with every morning. I just feel like a secretary to everyone. I don’t mind doing it but I just can’t stand the pace it is going at.
And I also need a good weekend just to sit around relax watch some football hang out with the hubby and get things going that I want to accomplish.
On a good note…. I bought a spin bike yesterday for the house, it was used and I was excited to get it! It came from the gym training facility for athletes, so I’m ready to move it in and start spinning my guts out.
