Brian has been doing his thing all over the country, so I met up with him in West Palm Beach last night for an overnighter just to make sure he still loves me. His schedule has been a little crazy, but it has added a new dimension to our life and introduced us to new locations like West Palm Beach that was to die for.
Hey it is low season in Florida, so we hit the Ritz Carlton where he had client he had to meet. No complaints by me!
I have no problem Ritz Carlton-ing it twice in one month in Florida.
He had a meeting where I had the most relaxing time at the pool/beach.
This photo has my feet in it- right before I decided to pull out my camera and photograph the beach. Look how relaxed I was before I discovered my camera was ruined. Hence, the following 24 hours I am trying to keep a smile on my face.
Don’t be fooled, he didn’t relax for one minute on the trip. It was mostly for business but we did manage to sneak in a few minutes to have some fun.
Since I ruined my camera- I thought I better start iPhone App-ing it up. Love this photo booth app now!
We walked on the beach the next morning before the wicked tropical storm started making its way in.
Check out our footprints in the fantastic sand.
We loved the flora and fauna around the hotel.
We ate a fantastic Japanese infused place with one of his clients.
It is always so fun meeting new people from across the country.
We ate lunch at the Ritz, where Brian chose his favorite-Loaded Nachos…sure he will die early but it was worth it. He added a little Key Lime Pie to it after!
Now my arteries are clogged…..I only eat bad with him!
Yet it tasted so good. I detoxed with green smoothies for three days after.
Finally, we rushed home to celebrate with the kids, where they had gone on Pinterest and made him this snazzy cake and had it ready for him.
